Consultancy appointments are scheduled from 08:00 to 18:00 as 2-hour sessions on business days for in-depth advice & guidance of remote consultancy. We'll send you a link to our scheduling system, where you can choose an available time slot. We'll confirm your session via email.

Your package will include a set number of hours over the period, so if you've chosen our standard package and are paying quarterly, then you'll have 13 weeks in which to schedule and utilise your hours. Unfortunately, we have to enforce a 'use it or lose it' policy.

Our surgeries are open call-in sessions, where each phone call is limited to 12 minutes, with 3 minutes between each call. We limit the call time so that all enquiries are concise and to the point. Surgeries are offered on a first-come, first-served basis to be fair to all of our clients.
